What can we do at a kid’s New Years party?

Ok, my sister is having a New Years party. She is 10 and she is inviting a friend to spend the night. It’s a girl and a boy so nothing inapropriate. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT GET BEST ANSWER IF IT ISN’T APROPRIATE. Anyways, she figured they play on her Wii and watch a movie on her portable DVD player at night (Soccer Mom). What else can they do. No comments about they boy and girl thing. They’re BFFs. She needs ideas for what to do. We have 4 dogs, and we can’t go outside cuz it is super snowy where we live. Thanks!

My kids (13 – boy + 10 – girl) are having one also. And it’s super snowy AND cold where we are.

They will do Wii games, board games, card games. Have a fire in the fireplace and simply hang out and talk too. Movies are an option if they choose.

We’ll serve appetizers and have a fun brunch in the morning.

Oh, and a word of warning…last year I got them noisemakers…yeah, NO! Not this year. They marched around the house making enough noise to wake the dead, and did it for nearly an hour after midnight.
